The management board consists of the following members:
Dr. Anton Mindl has been with Elmos since 2005 and became chairman of the board in January 2006. Before that, he was division CEO at SiemensVDO since 2002, where he started out heading the Cockpit Modules and Systems division and then took over Infotainment Solutions.
From 1998 to 2002, Dr. Mindl was Director of Development and Sales at Kostal. He spent the first eleven years of his career at Bosch and Bosch/Blaupunkt. The Diplom-Physiker completed his studies in 1982 at TU München and graduated in 1987.
Dr. Arne Schneider studied economics at the University of St. Gallen and the London School of Economics and earned his doctorate at the Management Accounting department of the University of Mainz.
Dr. Schneider has been head of Corporate Development at Elmos Semiconductor AG since 2011. Before that he was junior partner at McKinsey&Company, focusing on the automotive and high technology sectors. Since July 2014 Dr. Schneider is CFO at Elmos.
After studying electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Guido Meyer worked for an electronics company as a hardware engineer. In 1995 he changed to Elmos and developed test machines for semiconductors among others.
Subsequently he led the test area for seven years. In the period from 2012 to 2016, he was a division manager responsible for the wafer production. In 2017 he took over the production division on the Management Board.
Dr. Peter Geiselhart studied physics and completed his doctorate in 1988 at TU München. He was active as an independent consultant since 2010, among others also for Elmos Semiconductor AG.
Before this, he held leading positions at Bosch-Blaupunkt and Motorola, and was the Chief Technology Officer and Director at Harman-Becker Automotive Systems. His last post was with NXP Semiconductors as Senior Vice President and General Manager as director of the "Car Entertainment Solutions" division. Dr. Geiselhart has been on the Elmos management board since 2012 for the Ve division.
