Conversion into SE resolved

Elmos Semiconductor AG held its 21st Annual General Meeting in the form of a virtual event today. All items on the agenda were approved by a large majority.

The shareholders were strongly in favor of converting the company into a European stock corporation (Societas Europaea – SE). The conversion will take effect upon entry into the commercial register.

The Annual General Meeting took place as a virtual meeting to protect the health of shareholders, employees, and service providers.

In his speech, CEO Dr. Anton Mindl explained, among other things, the extensive coronavirus protective measures, which were introduced at a very early stage, key milestones that have been achieved for the further development of the company and attractive growth areas, in which Elmos is active with worldwide number one products. The latest financial figures were also presented.

The dividend will be paid out on May 27, 2020.
